eduTrac Analytics Release 1.0.5 is now available for download. This update fixes the issue with login cookies. In order to upgrade to the latest release, log into your account, download the zip file to your computer, unzip the fileĀ and ftp the new files to the server to overwrite the old files.
Should the installation be held in different server/folder? I have eduTrac installed in www/html, if I were to install analytics where can i install? Should I install within eduTrac(www/html) or outside core folder?
I usually install it in a subdirectory of the etsis install. So if eduTrac SIS is install at /var/www/html/ then I would install eduTrac SIS Analytics at /var/www/html/ea/
Hi, the installation was successful and I could even login in analytics, but the I can’t navigate from Edu Trac sis to analytics. When I click on “eduTrac Analytics” button in SIS, it’s just refreshing the current page.
But I can navigate from analytics to eduTrac sis.
Is there anything that needs to be updated in eduTrac sis?
I think you need to go to General Settings in eduTrac SIS Analytics and enter your etSIS install url.
Hi, thanks for the reply and yup I have already done that in analytics, but forgot to update URL in etSIS. Just updated URL in etSIS and now I can navigate to analytics. Thanks for the replies.
How we do the first time installation? Installing through module section gives some errors and even uploading all the files to app/modules/eduTrac-analytics didn’t work for me. Is there any other way to install eduTrac analytics?
eduTrac SIS Analytics is not a module. It is a separate application. You need to install it like you would install eduTrac SIS using the installer via a browser.
