System Modules

Below is a list of current modules that’s included in the Modules Bundle.

Booking ModuleThis module can be used to book room/classroom space, book for events and meetings, and includes an institution calendar, faculty timetables as well as student timetables.
Timesheet ModuleThe timesheet modules allows for workstudy students and part time staff to submit timesheets to hr. HR also will be able to view and approve timesheets.
Saved Query ModuleCreate quick access to the queries you need for ad-hoc reporting.
Gradebook ModuleCreate assignments for grading and send emails with attachments to a student or group of students.
Event Log ModuleThe event log module logs any error logs as well as recent activity.
Financial ModuleThe financial module includes student accounts, billing tables, general ledger, batch fees as well as the options of recording payments and the issuing of refunds.
Transfer ModuleAllows you to create external courses from other institutions in order to add transfer credits for transfer students.
Communication Management ModuleWith the communication management module, you can send emails to any group in eduTrac SIS whether it be faculty, staff, students, or everyone.
myeduTrac Extended ModuleThe module extends the current self service portal which allows for an admin to post news, quick links, and info pages.
Import ModuleWith the import module, you can import data from a previous system.
