If you set up your query according to this, then you should be able to get all the students you need regardless of which program they are in. Then you can choose the query and set the graduation date on the Graduate Student(s) screen.
Eligible to graduate must be set on the students SACP screen. You should follow the above process because in the future, the Graduate Student(s) screen will also create an academic credential record (graduation record). If you just set the graduation date on the SACP screen, then the academic credential record won’t get created.

I am trying to graduate some students, I am trying to upload the list of students through “Importer” but all I am getting are some errors. I think we can’t update the “sacp” table through Importer.
Is there any other way to graduate students, lots of them at once. The “Graduate Students” screen only allows one student at a time by selecting the student ID or loads of students through query.
The query works really good in some situations but the problem here is there are different students from different programs and it’s really hard to bring all of them in a single query.
For graduating students, setting the graduation date is enough? or do we have to update the “stal” table as well?
